Below are policy in details:
a. Contact our customer service and let us know your reason for returning the merchandise. We’re here to help!
b. After initial contact, we will send you a follow-up email. Simply follow the instructions mentioned in our email to send your order back to us.
c. Make sure that the item(s) are in their original good condition and have not been used.
d. Return the merchandise to us in its original packing along with the invoice. Do not forget to mention the Special Return Code that will be issued to you once you send in your return request.
e. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
If we have caused a shipping error, we will compensate you for shipping. Otherwise, all shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.
The following items are non-refundable:
